近日，北京二中院开庭审理央视大火案的21名被告，包括一位农民。
During recent days, the Beijing No.2 Intermediate Court is holding hearings on the CCTV (TVCC) fire case with 21 defendants, including one farmer.

认真关注该项审理的有关情况与进展，作为从2008年6月开始关注、调查研究、编写《央视新楼是“世界第一危楼”》防灾报告的笔者不得不负责任地指出：

The “chimney” structure “Concept Design” proposed by Rem Koolhaas for the TVCC is the chief criminal for the “CCTV fire” (not for starting the fire, but why the fire work sparks within such a short duration caused the TVCC to burn so intensively like a sky torch), thereafter is the person responsible for illegally using massive amount of burnable “insulation pads” on the TVCC building.

What about the responsibility of the “Concept Design” examination party and its responsible person? What about the responsibility of the “Concept Design” fire resistant examination party and its responsible person?
